3)制造商应具有中国国家质监局颁发的特种设备制造许可证（A2(2)级）、特种设备型式试验证书和压力设备(PED)认证证书中的至少一种，且所有证书均应在有效期内，投标时提供有效证书复印件；
The？manufacturer？should have at least one certificate through the Manufacturer？license of Special？Equipment People’s Republic of China issued？by？General Administration of？Quality Supervision (Certificate level for cryogenic？valves:A2(2))、Certificate for Type Test of Specific？Equipment and certificate？for pressure equipment（CE-PED），and the certification should be within the period of validity.Provide copies of valid certificates.
4)球阀制造商必须具有API 607或API 6FA或ISO10497防火证书，认证机构应为Lloyd's、BV或DNV等，且认证范围要包括本次投标所提供的阀门类型、口径及压力等级范围，投标时提供有效证书复印件。

2.2 业绩要求：
Requirement for？Bidder's reference:
自2009年1月1日至2018年12月31日（合同签署时间）至少具有2座LNG接收站（规模不小于200万吨/年）唇式密封深冷球阀运行业绩，其中有一个单项合同供货业绩包含至少3台尺寸≥14寸且磅级≥900LB的深冷球阀。14寸及以上深冷球阀LNG接收站累计业绩供货数量不低于9台。
From January 1,2009 to December 31, 2018(the signing date of contract), shall have at least two LNG receiving stations (no？less than 2 million tons per？year) operation？performance？of Lip sealed？cryogenic ball valves. Among them, there is a single contract delivery？performance including at least three cryogenic ball valves with a size ≥14 inches and a class 900LB or more.
14？inch and above cryogenic ball valve for LNG receiving station Cumulative supply performance not less than 9 sets.
？？？？？投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同的签署时间、货物名称、供货数量、所属类型、用户使用证明或用户调试报告（包括调试内容和签署页）。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法验证前述信息，均视为无效业绩。

The relevant？documentary evidence must embody at least the following contents: the signingtime of the contract, the name of the goods, the quantity of goods supplied,type of production equipment in which the good is applied, user's certificate？of use or user's on-site commissioning report (including commissioning contentsand signing pages). Failure to submit a relevant documentary evidence for their？reference or failure to verify？the above information will be regarded as？invalid performance.
？？？？？授标前招标人保留调查考察业绩是否良好运行的权利，一旦查实不良表现，按业绩造假处理。任何时间发现标书中文件造假或不真实，除没收投标保证金外，对已中标的取消中标资格，同时招标人保留索赔权利。
？？？？？The purchaser retains right to investigate？whether the bidder’sperformance is in good operation. Once any poor performance is verified, its？will be deemed as fraud.
