What information do we collect on the Site and why?

We collect registration information including company information and contact information that identifies You personally, such as Your company name and e-mail address, when You submit a form, such as, but not limited to, a request for information, a request for a Chinabidding White Paper. We collect additional information if You choose to submit it, including Your title and place of employment, business telephone number, mailing and facsimile address, as well as the contents of Your questions and/or comments submitted along with this information. In general, we may use this information to respond to Your inquiry, request Your participation in a survey, and contact You about Chinabidding product or partner offerings that may be of interest to You. If You register for an English newsletter, we will use Your email address to send the newsletter to You.

IP Addresses — Each visitor to the Site is identified by an IP address during their visit and IP addresses are automatically captured by the Site management software. Chinabidding uses this information to help improve the operation of the Site and may at some time use this information to help adjust the content of the Site to the general geographic location of the visitor and for reporting purposes.

Choice and Opt-Out

You may opt-out of receiving Chinabidding newsletters or other email communications from Chinabidding by sending an email to ensupport@chinabidding.com or encontent@chinabidding.com . In addition, each email communication includes instructions on how to unsubscribe.

Security

Chinabidding uses commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain registration information You submit on the Site to protect it from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction by unauthorized parties. We may store information that we collect through our Site indefinitely except as otherwise required by law.

Changes to Privacy Statement

Any changes to this Privacy Statement will be communicated through our posting an amended and restated Privacy Statement on our Site. Our posting the amended and restated Privacy Policy will make such new Privacy Policy immediately effective. You agree that all Collected Information (whether or not collected prior to or after the new policy became effective) will be governed by the newest Privacy Statement then in effect. If you do not agree to the new changes in our Privacy Policy, you should contact Chinabidding in writing (at the address set out in the Notice provision of the Terms of Use) and specifically request that Chinabidding return and/or destroy all copies of all or part of your Collected Information in Chinabidding's possession.
