Overview:The newly built Harbin-Jiamusi railway line starts from Harbin in the west and routed Binxian, Fangzheng, Yilan to its terminal station Jiamusi. The total length of the railway line topped 343 kilometers, among which 6.2 kilometers are reconstructed line and 336.8 kilometers are newly built. Fourteen stations have been established along the entire railway line with four additional stations reserved.The construction period lasts for four and half years
Source of Funds:The government of P. R. China has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Harbin-Jiamusi Railway Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contracts for Procurement (ICB) of CTC System (Lot No.:SE06).

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification requirements include: Supply experience, technical, financial, legal and other requirements stipulated in the bidding document; main qualification requirements are: For Lot SE06, in the past five years, the products to be supplied shall have the following experience: at least 1 set of the CTC systems shall have been applied on a main railway line with the minimum design speed of 200 km/h which shall have been in satisfactory operation for at least one year. This requirement can be met by up to three contracts executed within the same year. The Bidders shall furnish copies of the sales contracts and end-user certificate issued by the department of the relevant Railway Bureau of CRC.
