3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Any legal person or other organization that comes from the People's Republic of China or has normal trade with the People's Republic of China may participate in bidding;
(2) If the goods supplied by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder himself, the bidder shall obtain the consent of the manufacturer of the goods to provide a formal special authorization for the goods in the present tender;
(3) The bidder needs to provide the performance of the same type of goods for the past three years, and the similar equipment of the manufacturer must actually be used for normal operation at home and abroad for more than one year;
(4) The materials to be carried in the application for bidding include: 1. Copy of Business License of Enterprise Legal Person, Organization Code Certificate of Organization, Tax Registration Certificate(or Three-Certificate Unified Certificate)(Domestic Bidder) / Location Registration Certificate(Overseas Bidder); 2, the original legal representative power of attorney(domestic bidders) / unit head power of attorney original(overseas bidders); 3, the authorized person's identity card(the authorized person is a mainland resident of the People's Republic of China) / passport(the authorized person is not a mainland resident of the People's Republic of China); 4, special authorization(agent) 5, contract or agreement for the same type of equipment(manufacturing performance/sales performance); 6, relevant test documents or licenses(if any); Basic account opening license(domestic bidder).
