3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be a manufacturer engaged in the production and sales of air traffic control automation systems.
2) The air traffic control automation system bid by the bidder shall have the "Civil Aviation Air Traffic Communication Navigation Monitoring Equipment Use License" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
3) This project does not allow consortium bidding.
4) The name of the bidder should be consistent with the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency. If it is inconsistent, the bidding documents will be rejected.

Additional Instructions:This tender document is issued by the tendering agency. Interested bidders can purchase from February 14th, 2019 to February 21st, 2019 (excluding holidays) every day from 9:00 to 11:30, and from 14:00 to 16:30 (Beijing time) to the following address. The bidding documents, the bidding documents are priced at RMB 2,000 or USD 290. After the sale, the bidders of domestic mail order shall remit the RMB 2100 (including 100 RMB express delivery fee) to the bidding agency at the above address before the deadline for the issuance of the tender.
