3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*3.1 The bidder must provide business license (domestic bidder) or commercial registration certificate (foreign bidder);
*3.2 The bidder shall provide at least 10 sets of the performance certificate selling products with the same kind of CNC Turning and Milling (Milling machine) composite machining center in mainland China since January 1, 2016,subject to the performance contract or acceptance report;
*3.3 If the bidder are agent, the Letter of Authority only for this project from Manufacturer should be provided (original);
*3.4 The bidder is required to provide the Power of Attorney (original);
*3.5 The bidder should provide samples of bid products (the original of color printing);
*3.6 The bidder should provide the credit certificate issued by the bank within three months.
