3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) In accordance with the bidding documents for the international bidding standard for mechanical and electrical products (for trial implementation) (Volume 1), the provisions of Article 2 of the Bidder's Notice;
(2) If the goods submitted are not made by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the formal authorization of the goods manufacturer to provide the goods in this bid;
