(2) One set of caliper in the middle bar line is installed at the entrance of the three-roller reducing diameter. The measuring section is φ58~φ176mm, the highest speed of the rolling stock is 3.3m/s, and the annual output is 900,000 tons.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder must be an independent enterprise with legal business procedures from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade with the People's Republic of China.
3.2 The equipment manufacturer shall have the professional manufacturing capability of the tendered goods;
3.3 The bidder must be a caliper manufacturer or agent. An after-sales service agency must be established in China. If the bidder is an agent, the manufacturer of the goods must agree to provide the formal authorization of the goods in this bid. .
3.4 Performance requirements:
The bidding products have been submitted from January 1, 2010 to the present, and the investment equipment has at least 2 performances that have been successfully applied in China or abroad and whose measurement range is similar to that of the bidding equipment;
3.5 The bidder is not in the order to suspend business, the bidding qualification is cancelled, the assets are taken over, frozen, and bankrupt;
3.6 If the bidding products of two or more bidders are produced by the same manufacturer (including foreign manufacturers or joint ventures of the manufacturer in China), it shall be determined by one bidder.
3.7 The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit with controlling or management relationship, and may not participate in the bidding for this bidding project at the same time, otherwise the bidding shall be invalid;
3.8 This project does not accept consortium bidding.
