3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder must be an independent enterprise with legal business procedures from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade with the People's Republic of China.
3.2 The equipment manufacturer shall have the professional manufacturing capability of the tendered goods;
3.3 The bidder must be a profiler manufacturer or agent. An after-sales service agency must be established in China. If the bidder is an agent, the manufacturer of the goods must agree to provide the formal authorization of the goods in this bid.
3.4 Performance requirements:
Since January 1, 2010, the bidding products have been based on the time of signing the supply contract. The equipment brand has at least 2 performances that have been successfully applied in China or abroad and the similar measurement performance is similar to the bidding equipment;
3.5 The bidder is not in the order to suspend business, the bidding qualification is cancelled, the assets are taken over, frozen, and bankrupt;
3.6 If the bidding products of two or more bidders are produced by the same manufacturer (including foreign manufacturers or joint ventures of the manufacturer in China), it shall be determined by one bidder.
3.7 The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or management relationship, and may not participate in the bidding for this bidding project at the same time;
3.8 This project does not accept consortium bidding.
