3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder must be the manufacturer of the main equipment (fan coil unit) of the project or have the sole authorization of the manufacturer for the project;
(2) The manufacturer of fan coil units in this project should have a brand history of not less than 30 years.
(3) In the past three years, the total sales of fan coil units by the manufacturer of this project are not less than 4 million yuan.
(4) The bidder has not been listed by the Supreme People's Court in the "Credit China" website (www.creditChina.gov.cn) or in the credit information sharing platform at all levels.
(5) The bidder has not been included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises in the national enterprise credit information publicity system by the administrative authorities for Industry and commerce;
(6) There is no record of bribery crime (inquiry page of bribery crime record printed on the Internet of judgment documents, inquiry way is "bribery + unit name");
(7) Bidders are general taxpayers (special invoices for VAT must be issued);
(8) Bidders and their related personnel shall have the qualifications, abilities and credibility to undertake the project. The bidder shall ensure that the relevant qualifications, abilities, certification documents and other relevant qualifications or requirements required in the bidding documents shall remain valid throughout the bidding process and during the period of performance of the contract.

(6) Proof documents that the manufacturer of fan coil units intending to bid for this project has accumulated sales of not less than 4 million yuan in the past three years (with the contract or owner's certificate as proof, copies and original parts should be provided, and the original parts should be kept for reference).
(7) A screenshot of the inquiry page of bribery records printed on the Chinese Judicial Documents Network and stamped with official seals.
(8) Seal-stamped printed copies of the screenshots of the list of discredited executives on the "Credit China" website (www.creditChina.gov.cn) and the screenshots of the list of serious illegal and discredited enterprises in the State Enterprise Credit Information Publication System.
(9) Copies of certificates of general taxpayers capable of issuing special VAT invoices;
(10) The bidder undertakes to have the qualifications, abilities and credibility to undertake the project and to keep the original of the letter of commitment valid all the time.
