3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)Bidders shall have the status of independent legal person, and equipment manufacturers or agents of the people's Republic of China or countries or regions with normal trade with the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "qualified countries of origin") may bid (do not accept joint bids);
(2)If the bidder is an agent for the equipment, he or she is required to provide proof of the legitimate and effective source of the tender equipment. Any of the following materials may be provided:
①Original of the letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer;
②The original of the authorization letter issued by the wholly-owned subsidiary of the manufacturer;
③Copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the authorized region (including the Wuxi) agent (with the official seal of the regional agent and the supplier) and the original of the authorization letter issued by the regional agent, and the project does not accept the transfer authorization;
④Copy of the product manufacturer's agency certificate or other legal and valid source certificate obtained by the Tenderer;
(3)Bidders must have a perfect after-sales service system in the mainland of the people's Republic of China and provide effective proof materials (if there are fixed after-sales service places, provide property certificates or lease agreements; have fixed after-sales service personnel, provide after-sales service point staffing and personnel social security payment proof materials for the past three months).
