3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:/The bidder shall have the power of attorney and after-sales service commitment letter for special products of the project issued by the manufacturer of X-ray safety inspection equipment (the imported brand products can be issued by the manufacturer or the agent in China). If the same brand only receives one bidding unit, the manufacturer shall not authorize the agent again if it participates in the bidding. If the bidder is an agent, the bidder shall provide a special agent Letter of authorization and after-sales service commitment for the sole agent of the product; if there are two or more agents of the same brand applying, the application materials meeting the above requirements shall prevail. Each bidder shall consult with the equipment manufacturer for relevant information when issuing the power of attorney for special products, and the bidder shall bear the responsibility for unsuccessful application due to the reasons.

/ Two or more legal persons with the same legal representative, the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiaries and their holding companies shall not bid in the same bidding project at the same time.
