3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Unless otherwise specified, any legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with which the People's Republic of China has normal trade relations (hereinafter referred to as "qualified source country / region") may submit a bid.

5) The bidder must provide the original credit certificate or a copy of the original certificate issued by the bank that opened the account within three months before the bid opening date (if the credit certificate clearly states that the copy is invalid, the original credit certificate must be provided.
