3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification criteria: *1 the business license or relevant certificates shall be valid and copies of relevant documents shall be provided for those who are legally registered within or outside the People's Republic of China. *2 qualification criteria: the manufacturer of the bidding equipment shall have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and the equipment to be invested shall be non-test products. The equipment or products provided by the bidder must be original, brand new, in accordance with the technical parameters specified in the bidding documents, registered with the relevant Chinese authorities or inspection or commodity inspection and quality certificate of the manufacturer. *3 if the goods provided by the bidder in accordance with the contract are not manufactured by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the agreement of the manufacturer of the goods to provide the original formal authorization letter of the goods in the bid (see annex 9-4 for the format). *4 the bidder shall provide a copy of the previous year's financial audit report issued by the accounting firm or the original credit certificate issued by the bank (the above documents shall be stamped with the official seal of the company).
