1、Bidding Conditions
Overview:1.The People's Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Guangdong Chaonan Water Resources Development and Protection Demonstration Project (ADB Loan No.: 3114-PRC) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
2.The Chaonan Water Supply Company ("the Employer") now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for Pipe and Equipment Supply of Main Pipeline Project of Xiaxin Line, Sigao Line and Heyang Line (G5).
3.International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: One- Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)From 1 January 2014 to the bid submission deadline, the Bidder, as leading goods supplier, should have successfully or substantially completed at least TWO goods supply contracts for water supply pipe material and equipments. Each contract should be not less than RMB 25 million or equivalent (not including the expense of civil works and equipment installation); (2)the goods offered have been in production for at least 3 years, and been in operation for a minimum of 2 years. Details will be provided in the Bidding Document.
