3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance: Qualifications or Performance:1.Financial Capabilities: Submission of audited balance sheets or if not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last 3 years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position based on the following criteria:(a)Liquidity ratio ≥ 1.1;(b)Indebtedness ratio ≤ 80%.2.Average Annual Supplier Turnover:Minimum average annual supplier turnover of € 640,000.00 or other equivalent currency.3.Access to Liquidity: Access to liquidity of € 260,000.00 or other equivalent currency.4.Similar Experience:A minimum number of similar contracts funded by foreign government loans or international financial organizations loans specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as Supplier, or joint venture member during the past 5 years (January, 2014- bid submission date): 2 contracts, each of a minimum value € 260,000.00 or other equivalent currency.5.Bamboo fertilizer must have production license and provincial or above qualified inspection institution issued product quality inspection report of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer in or after 2016.
