3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

a)As a minimum,?the Bidder's net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.?Attached with audited annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) of year 2016, 2017 & 2018. If not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser;
b)Availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet USD2,500,000.00, which may arise during the execution of the contract;
c)Calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution, the minimum average annual turnover of last three years should not less than USD8,000,000.00. Attached with audited annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) of year 2016, 2017 & 2018;
d)The bidder as main supplier, within the last five years prior to the bid submission deadline, shall have successfully completed least 2 similar museum supply contracts, each valued at USD 4million(or equivalent in other currency). Similar museum supply contracts means goods supply and/or installation contract for "Wetland popular Science museum", "Animal and Plant Exhibition Hall", or "Science and Technology Exhibition Hall". The supply scope under each above mentioned Contract should include at least works of Design, Exhibition Arrangement, Multimedia and Software. Attached with copies of the Contracts, Notice of Award, and Letter of Acceptance (The original copies to be requested for reference if necessary);
e)The Bidder is required to include with its bid the Manufacturer's Authorization for:1) Main Equipment which including Transparent TV Cabinet, LED Cube, Split Joint Display and 2) Software Supplier's Authorization of Main software which including Somatosensory interaction, Super HD video playback, Virtual reality, Augment reality, 4D interaction in Part I Section VI the BD, if any of above Main Equipment and/or software were not supplied by Bidder himself;
f)The main equipment as stipulated in Section VI the BD, offered and products of similar type and specifications shall have been in production for at least 5 years. The Main Soft Ware as stipulated in Section 6 of the BD, shall have Certificate of Soft Ware Production
