3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The tendering require the bidder is qualified for Third or above levels of general contracting for construction projects, the second or above levels of specialized contracting for architectural decoration and fitment projects, and the second and above levels of general contracting for municipal public works. The project manager must be qualified for Certificate Constructor Second-class (or above) of construction, and not in charge of other on process construction project. And shall have valid qualified certification of safety production(Certification B). And the applicant must own the corresponding ability in staff, equipments and fund for construction.
