Qualifications or Performance:The bidder shall provide the license of medical device business enterprise within the validity period;
For bidders in China: business license and organization code certificate shall be provided (for bidders with three certificates in one, only business license shall be provided); audit report for 2018 shall be provided.
For bidders outside China: the corresponding enterprise registration documents and the company's balance sheet and profit and loss statement for2018 shall be provided.
The bidder shall provide the performance of medical equipment procurement since 2016 (no less than 5). Provide the corresponding supporting documents (provide the original of the letter of acceptance or the contract, and provide the copies with the official seal).
