  3. 境内投标人须提供中国人民银行出具的银行基本账户开户许可证复印件或基本账户信息证明文件复印件。

  1. 招标文件售价：每包每套500元人民币，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币）。任何未在中化商务有限公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

  2. 购买招标文件时间：2020年8月27日起至2020年9月10日止每天上午9:00~17:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。
