“② 制造商应具有国际或国内认证机构颁发的覆盖投标产品范围的 API607 或 API6FA 或 ISO10497 或同等标准的防火证书，并附相应的测试报告。The manufacturer of compulsory inspection certificate shall have the fire prevention certificate of API 607 or API 6FA or ISO 10497 or equivalent standards covering the scope of bidding products issued by international or domestic certification institutions, and attach the corresponding test report.”变更为：
“② 制造商应具有国际或国内认证机构颁发的覆盖投标产品范围的 API607 或 API6FA 或 ISO10497 或同等标准的防火认证证书，并附相应的测试报告。若不能覆盖投标产品范围，投标时应提供承诺函，承诺内容为：供货前提供覆盖本次投标产品范围的防火认证证书和相应的测试报告。The manufacturer of compulsory inspection certificate shall have the fire prevention certificate of API 607 or API 6FA or ISO 10497 or equivalent standards covering the scope of bidding products issued by international or domestic certification institutions, and attach the corresponding test report. If the scope of the bidding product cannot be covered, a commitment letter should be provided during the bidding process. 3.原投标截止时间/开标时间“2023年11月10日9:30时（北京时间）”现修改为“2023年11月27日9:30时（北京时间）” 。

如果投标人是授权代理商，必须满足以下条件：
The bidder shall be the manufacturer or authorized agent of the bidded goods. If the bidder is the authorized agent, the following requirements must be met:
代理商应提供制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书。
The agent shall provide the Letter of Authority from manufacturer to agree to bid the goods in this Bid (see Form-IV-9-4 in Volum One).？
如果投标人为境内注册公司，需提供有效的营业执照（具备独立法人资格）复印件，并加盖公章（以上证明文件在年审有效期内）。
如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明。
If the Bidder is domestic registered company, photocopies with Bidder’s official seal of valid business license shall be provided (such document within the validity period);

投标人应提供阀门制造商以下两类有效认证证书复印件，所有证书认证的制造商名称应与其所提供业绩的制造商、此次投标货物的制造商一致。

2010年1月1日起至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产品应在中国境内具有LNG接收站或具有接收站性质的（即满足GB51156-2015液化天然气接收站工程设计规范）调峰站项目(需提供满足GB51156-2015液化天然气接收站工程设计规范2.0.2液化天然气接收站:对船运液化天然气进行接收、储存、气化和外输等作业的场站要素的证明材料,证明材料通过国家发改委、省级发改委、政府网站、项目业主官网等官方网站查询，以加盖公章的截图形式提供。）的供货业绩，1个供货业绩中至少含有2台14寸及以上且≥CL1500的低温轴流式止回阀。
From January 1, 2010 to the bidding deadline (based on the signing date of the contract), The bidder's product should have a LNG receiving station or a peak shaving station project with a receiving station nature within China (i.e. meeting the GB51156-2015 Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Station Engineering Design Specification) (Proof materials must be provided to meet the requirements of GB51156-2015 Code for Design of Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Stations 2.0.2 Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Stations: Station elements for receiving, storing, gasifying, and exporting liquefied natural gas transported by ships, the documents were obtained from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the government website, the project owner's website and other official websites, and provided to the tenderers in the form of screenshots stamped with official seals.) supply performance, one supply performance includes at least？2？sets low-temperature axial flow check valves of 14 inches and above and ≥ CL1500.
投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件同时具有以下2种：
1） 销售合同【或】销售订单【框架协议下订单（需提供主框架协议）或单个供货合同】复印件（含相关技术附件）和
2） 到货验收材料。
投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、货物名称、项目名称、供货数量、规格型号（口径及磅级）、制造商名称、到货验收材料。如提供的是调峰站业绩，投标人还需提供调峰站（满足GB51156-2015液化天然气接收站工程设计规范2.0.2液化天然气接收站：对船运液化天然气进行接收、储存、气化和外输等作业的场站)要素的证明材料，证明材料通过国家发改委、省级发改委、政府网站、项目业主官网等官方网站查询，以加盖公章的截图形式提供。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件未体现上述信息的，均视为无效业绩。本次投标产品的规格型号(口径及磅级)、制造商名称必须与上述业绩的产品一致。
Bidders must submit the performance form in the prescribed format and submit relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents have the following two types at the same time:
