The tender notice was released on www.chinabidding.com on2023-11-24 1 、 Bidding Conditions Overview ： The procurement scope of 300,000 t/year LyondellBasell Hostalen ACP HDPE unit extrusion granulator unit for ChinaCoal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base Project: Main motor and its auxiliary system, main reduction gearbox and its auxiliary system, hopper and its auxiliary system, twin-screw extrusion system, throttle valve, start-up valve, gear pump and its supporting system (if any), screen changer, discharge section and template, pelletizer, oil heating system, hydraulic system, granular water system, dryer, vibrating screen, relevant instruments, electrical equipment, operation spare parts, 2-year spare parts, special tools, etc. See Appendix PP2 Main Equipment List of Unit Extrusion Granulator Unit for details. With a designed capacity of 300,000 t/year, the unit consists of an extrusion granulator with a normal capacity of 37.5 t/hour, a normal capacity of 41.3 t/hour, a max. load of 45 t/hour (guaranteed value), an expected capacity of 49 t/hour (it is an expected instantaneous capacity, and major equipment such as a pellet dryer and a pellet shaker must meet the requirements), annual operation time: 8,000 hours.
