3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(a) The Bidder shall provide the Tenderer with technically sophisticated product verified
in application. The Bidder has provided relevant equipment with similar purpose and function in service for international and domestic markets at least 2 projects (Contracts worth more than RMB 30 million in each project) in operation in the last 5 years with fair user feedback and without negative record of complaint due to product quality. The product is suitable for Chinese environment and market conditions with successful and stable service experience and fair after-sales services. The Bidder shall provide certificates including certification of concerning users and contracts without relatively severe problem of quality or construction period.
(b) The Bidder shall have production ability of at least one kind of equipment in the scope of supply.
(c) The design life of Equipment structure and its main spare parts and components shall be 30 years.
(d) Bidders or a JV member shall have signed at least one contract for supply of goods and performance of related services in terms of international competitive bidding(ICB) under a domestic project financed through a loan by an international financial institutes or a foreign government in the past 5 (five) years.
