3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) the tenderer shall be an urban rail transit signaling system manufacturing enterprise from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with which the People's Republic of China has normal trade relations, which is capable of providing the goods and services subject to tender; And to provide all goods and related technology, quality, performance, schedule, The Adjuster and other enterprises responsible for the overall capacity. (2) the bidder has completed the performance of an urban rail transit CBTC signal system project since January 1,2015(operation time of the project)(supporting materials: The contract and the certificate of operation of the CBTC signal system project issued by the end-user (urban rail transit construction or Operation Unit) , the contents of the certificate that can be carried shall conform to the specification of the performance requirements) . (3) consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
