3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) the tenderer shall be a rail transit bus manufacturer from the People's Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China and is capable of providing the goods and services subject to tender. (2) the tenderer shall have the sales performance of the Urban Rail Transit Electric bus project within the past five years (from January 1,2015 to the present) . The performance of the project shall be evidenced by a copy of the sales contract agreement signed between the bidder and the end-user (urban rail transit construction or operation unit) after 1 January 2015, and shall bear the bidder's official seal. (3) consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
