3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) If the goods submitted by the bidder are not made by the bidder, the bidder shall obtain the formal authorization of the manufacturer in this bid;
2) The bidder shall provide documents to Proof that the bidder has the financial, technical and production capacity to perform the contract;
3) Performance requirements: Bidders will sell at least 25 sets of bending machine in mainland China in the past 3 years. (Providing a sales list and at least 5 copies of equipment contracts is attached to the sales list);;
4) The original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder's bank within three months before the bid opening date.
