3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall be a legal person or other organization with the right to conclude the contract and the ability to perform the contract;

If the bidder is a manufacturer, it shall have a medical device production license and provide the product production license or relevant qualification documents approved by the competent authorities of the country; If the bidder is an agent of imported products, it shall provide the qualification certificate of product agent or the letter of authorization of the manufacturer for bidding for the project (the authorization can be traced back to the manufacturer);
3.The bidder shall provide the medical device registration certificate (if there is any attached table, the attached table shall be provided) of the equipment in accordance with the provisions of the administrative measures for the registration of medical devices (Order No. 4 of the State Food and Drug Administration) Medical device product business license or business record certificate shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the measures for the supervision and administration of medical device business (Order No. 8 of the State Food and Drug Administration);
4.Statement that there is no major illegal record in business activities within three years before participating in purchasing activities;
5.If the person in charge of a unit is the same person or if there is a holding or management relationship between different units, they may not participate in the bidding of the same bidding project;
