3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications:
1) The bidder must be from the People's Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China. The authorized person as the bid representative must be a full-time employee of the bidding company, and a copy of the labor contract should be provided;
2) Bidders whose origin of goods are outside of China's customs must have the qualifications and capabilities to directly sign and execute international trade contracts with China FAW Group Import and Export Co., Ltd. as the exporter (seller).
Performance:
The bidder shall provide the sales performance in the past five years (2016.1.1 to present), the performance of the general contracting of 3 or more cylinder block and head production lines, and the total contract value of each production line is at least 80 million yuan or equivalent foreign currency.
Relevant supporting materials that need to be submitted: a scanned copy of the contract. If the total amount is not specified in the contract, a scanned copy of the settlement invoice or a bid winning notice must be provided to prove the contract amount, otherwise the performance will be invalid.
The following bidders are not acceptable:
1. Different bidders that have the same person in charge;
2. Different bidders that are share-holding or managing mutually;
3. Bidders that have been listed as Dishonest Judgement Debtor on www.creditchina.gov.cn or other credit platform by the China Supreme Court.
4. Bidders that have been list as Enterprises with Serious Illegal and Dishonest Acts in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System by Administration for Industry and Commerce.
