Overview:This project –Sanmen NPP Unit 3&4 in this bidding project is located Jiantiao town, Sanmen city, Zhejiang province, and two unit will build in schedule.
Source of Funds:The Tenderee will make payments as contracted with its own funds and those raised by financial institute.
Description of The Prepared Bidding Conditions:Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research & Design Institute co., ltd. (SNERDI), the purchaser of, the purchaser of Class 1E 250VDC Batteries and Racks (DB01), Non-Class 1E 220VDC Batteries and Racks (DB02) for CAP1000 Sanmen NPP Unit 3&4, is fully qualified as the Tenderee, and The bidding will be conducted in accordance with the principle of openness, fairness, justice, integrity and merit.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall be legal person or other organizations capable to provide qualified products and service for the project, which are from within the People's Republic of China (hereinafter abb. As PRC) or from countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC (hereinafter called the eligible source countries/areas). [Mark of Asterisk (*)]
2. The bidder shall i) be financially and technically capable and with sufficient production capacity to implement the contract; ii) be able to supply products as required in the bidding documents; iii) and be committed to fulfilling all requirements of the bidding documents.
3. The bidder shall have a good bank credibility and business reputation.
4. HAF601/HAF604 Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment License issued by National Nuclear Safety Administration, within validity period, characteristic parameter temporarily covering the subject matter ( provides copies and appendixes. By the tender closing date, if the license is valid for less than 6 month, provide evidence for having submitted renewing application to NNSA. If it is out of date, provide acceptance evidence for the renewing application of NNSA license). [Mark of Asterisk (*)]

5. Different bidders that have the same person in charge or have the relationship of share-holding or management should not participate in the bid for the same package, except for the case to form a joint venture to bid. [Mark of Asterisk (*)]
6. Forming a joint venture for joint bidding is [NOT allowed] in the project. [Mark of Asterisk (*)]
7. Any party to a joint venture shall not, for the same package, submit bid independently in its name or participate in another joint venture.

9. Bidders shall successfully complete registration on http://chianbidding.com (hereinafter abb. as the Website) prior to the deadline for submission of bids stipulated in the bidding documents. Otherwise, the bidders cannot enter into bidding procedures, and any consequence arisen thereafter shall be borne by bidders.
10. Over the past five years, the domestic bidder shall have no major safety liability accidents (according to accident classification criteria set in the State Council Decree No. 493) and no major engineering quality issues; no history of legal liability conviction for illegal or material breaches of contract in litigation or arbitration related to product quality or ability to deliver; not included in the national court list of discredited executors; no history of administrative or criminal penalties or civil liability for counterfeiting other brands or trademarks, or infringing patents. If the overseas bidder is unable to provide the above-mentioned materials, he/she may provide other corresponding proofs and undertake that his/her statements and explanations are true and complete, otherwise the bidder reserves the right to reject the bid. 11. According to the relevant laws and regulations requirements, of the foreign bidders, foreign bidders shall obtain the countries related administrative department of the export license approval or registration, or without proof of export license documents. As a result of the bidder causes subsequent contract cannot sign or unable to perform or can't deliver goods, the relevant liability shall be borne by the bidder; [Mark of Asterisk (*)]
