3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:？a) From Jan 1, 2008 to the deadline for bid submission,the Bidder shall have track？records of at least 1 sets gas turbine generator (according to API616, gas on-site power 4300KWe at least) supply performance .The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to:1).Copies of contracts and technical attachments,including？Date of contract signing, name of goods, quantity of supply, type of oil and gas production？device, power of gas turbine generator. 2).
Certificate of arrival and acceptance
. 3) The bidder shall provide a letter of commitment, which promises that the supplied products can successfully run an overhaul cycle (according to API616, the overhaul cycle shall not be less than 26000h).
b) The bidder shall satisfy one of the following two conditions for the bidding of the first domestic product (set) and "Three New Three Industrialization" ,shall be deemed to meet the requirements of the bidding project (not subject to the performance requirements of Section a above).
