3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder shall have at least 2 sets of crude oil generator sets and auxiliary equipment (rated output power of generator is 5500kWe or above, in crude oil condition) general contracting performance (including crude oil engine manufacturing, crude oil generator sled, auxiliary equipment supply performance) from January 1, 2012 to the bidding deadline. And provide the corresponding written materials to prove. Performance documents include, but are not limited to:
a) Copies of the sales contract (including relevant technical attachments);
b) Arrival acceptance certificate signed or sealed by the user.
The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: name of goods, quantity of supplies, and main parameters of crude oil generator set (output power). Failure to submit performance certification documents, or the provided performance certification documents cannot verify the above contents, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
