3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*1) If the goods provided by the bidder are not manufactured by themselves, the original formal authorization letter issued by the manufacturer provided by the bidder for the project, or the authorization letter issued by the general agent, regional or regional agent of China, which proves the legal source of the bidding goods, will not be accepted.
