2) If the bidder has a record of dishonest transactions in Tongling Non-ferrous Metals Group Holding Co., LTD., and the bidder including other bidders with the same control person is still within the penalty period on the deadline of bidding, the bidder will be executed in accordance with the Dishonest Transactions Management System of Tongling Non-Ferrous Metals Group Holding Co., LTD.
3) The bidder has good production and operation condition, good reputation and excellent performance in the industry, and can provide new, high quality, meet the requirements of the bidding document and pass the test of the relevant departments.
