3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Meet Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China;
(2) For foreign or overseas bidders, relevant documents registered in the place of operation according to the laws of the country (region);

Three: Possessing the Medical Device Business License (except the manufacturer), and providing the Medical Device Production License (except the import) and the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the invested products;
(5) In accordance with the provisions of the Notice on the Query and Use of Credit Records in Government Procurement Activities (Treasury [2016] No. 125).
