3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.2The minimum qualification and experience requirements for the eligible bidders are as follows:
(1)Bidder should have independent legal personality, the registration period should be not less than 10 years, the registered capital not less than US$ 10 million; the bidder should provide the copy of company business license or legally registration documents in that country.
(2)Bidders must be in continuous operation, with an average annual turnover of not less than US$20 million in the past five years (2018-2022), and bidders are required to provide audited annual financial reports for the past five years.
(3)In order to provide better and more convenient service, the Bidder shall provide the performance of the same type of project in China in the past five years(2018-2022): The Bidder shall have at least three(3) Israeli government loan projects that have been completed, and there is at least one(1) Educational Israeli government loan project should be included in the above project. Copy of the letter of notification of award , copy of the contract, copy of the Acceptance certificate and the relevant documents are required to be provided, and the time of the supporting documents shall be subject to the acceptance time.
(4)The bidder shall provide one original or one copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the opening bank of the bidder within 3 months before the deadline of bidding.
