3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Bidders should meet the requirements of "qualified bidders" in the bidding documents and meet the following conditions:
(1) Domestic bidders should have legal personality and must provide a copy of their business license. If the bidder is a public institution, the bidder shall attach a copy of the legal representative certificate issued by the management institution of the public institution. The copy must be stamped with the bidder's official seal
(2) Overseas bidders should have legal personality and must provide a company registration certificate or relevant registration information (copies must be stamped with the bidder's official seal). The overseas manufacturer's office in China cannot participate in bidding in the name of its office, and can only serve as the liaison person of the bidding manufacturer in China to be responsible for bidding liaison work
