3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Minimum average annual turnover of CNY 100 million calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last Three (3) years (Year 2020-2022).
(2) Successful completion as main supplier within the last Five (5) years (Since 2018.1.1-bid's submission), of at least One (1) Cold warehouse refrigeration equipment and insulation materials supply and installation contract (the contract's refrigeration unit must be a screw refrigeration unit) in which the value of single contract should be no less than CNY 50 million or equivalent in other currency.
(3) Details for technical experience and production capacity requirements please refer to the Bidding Documents.
(4) As a minimum, the Bidder's net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
(5) Availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement which is CNY 35 million. Details see the BD.

The People's Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank towards the cost of Chongqing Integrated Logistics Demonstration Project, Part of this financing will be used as payments under contract No. 2A-ETJC02: International Competitive Bidding for Supply and installation of equipment and facilities for cold chain warehouse.
2. China International Tendering Co., Ltd (the Procurement Agent), authorized by implementing agency Chongqing Transportation Logistics Co.,Ltd. (the Purchaser), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of goods and related services: Supply and installation of equipment and facilities for cold chain warehouse and relevant services, the project is located in Chongqing City, P.R.China. The delivery time is: 120 days after the signing of the contract. Please refer to bidding documents for details.
3. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedures and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Agent (email address and contact person as shown below) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 9:00~11:30 and 13:30~16:00 (Beijing time) on weekdays, excluding holidays starting from February 8, 2024.
