3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)This invitation for bids is open to all suppliers from within the People's Republic of China (hereinafter abb. as "PRC") and all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC (hereinafter called "the eligible source countries/areas").

(4) The suppliers should have Environmental Planning Equipment's sales performance since January 1, 2020;
(5) The consortium bid will not be accepted.
