3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Enterprises registered within the territory and outside the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality and the ability to provide bidding goods, installation and commissioning.
(2) The bidder shall have the qualification of general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering level 3 or above or professional contracting of construction mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and shall have the safety production license (within the validity period).
(3) The bidder intends to have the registration certificate (including the temporary certificate) and the Class B certificate (within the validity period); the full-time safety management personnel at the construction site shall have the Class C certificate of "Class III Personnel".
(4) Non-ceramic film equipment manufacturers to participate in the bidding must provide the ceramic film equipment manufacturer's authorization letter for this project (the original is bound to the original).
(5) bidder on January 1,2019 (including, subject to the acceptance time) must be completed since a single (waterworks or water station) capacity of 40 tons / hour and above water plant or rural drinking water membrane water filtration process of complete equipment supply and installation (including automatic control, add system) performance (provide copy of the contract, acceptance certificate materials, the original for reference).
(6) Any deviation from the terms indicated in the first volume of the tender documents that may lead to the rejection of the tender documents will lead to the rejection of the bid.
