3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall have no less than 60000t/d raw ore processing capacity of similar mines DN800 PN40 tailings conveying wear-resistant slurry knife gate valve equipment operation for more than 3 years (inclusive) and DN300 PN40 wear-resistant slurry ball valve equipment operation for more than 3 years (inclusive) successful application cases and DN800 PN40 wear-resistant ball check valve equipment operation for 3 years (including) the above application of successful cases, not due to their own problems can not achieve the target of the contract, provide proof materials (the contract shall prevail, provide at least 2 copies of different users of the contract (the same type of valve performance needs to provide different users of the contract proof materials), And attached to the main terms of the technical agreement to prove the technical performance of the equipment invested, the certification material must reflect the specifications and models of wear-resistant slurry knife valve and electric wear-resistant slurry ball valve specifications and electric actuator specifications and wear-resistant ball check valve specifications and the contract final acceptance certificate). 2. The bidder shall have the sales performance and list of the mine tailings conveying equipment of DN300-DN800 PN40 pulp wear-resistant knife valve and wear-resistant ball check valve in the past 10 years, and attach relevant supporting documents (including equipment contract signing time, factory date, production date, user name, address, contact person, contact information, etc.). (If the bidder is not a manufacturer, provide related materials of the invested brand products according to the above requirements)
3. The bidder shall provide in the bidding documents at least 2 copies of good feedback from users of similar mine tailings conveying wear-resistant slurry knife gate valve and wear-resistant ball check valve equipment that are not lower than the technical specifications of the project in the past 5 years (with official seal affixed by domestic users and signature by overseas users). (If the bidder is not a manufacturer, provide related materials of the invested brand products according to the above requirements)
4. Domestic bidders: 1) Provide a valid business license 2) provide a valid industry business license of the manufacturer (Special equipment production License of the People's Republic of China); Foreign bidders: 1) provide valid enterprise registration certificate 2) Provide valid industry business license certificate (if there are national mandatory requirements).
5. The manufacturer of the major parts of the equipment invested by the bidder shall provide the relevant valid documents of legal registration of the country (region).
