3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)The bidder has a valid business license (bidder from within the territory of P.R.C.)/operation license (bidder from outside the territory of P.R.C.), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2)The bidder must be a manufacturer or an equipment agent; if the bidder is an equipment agent, sole authorization letter for the bid from the manufacturer is required;
3)Until January 1, 2022 (based on the contract signing date), the bidder's brand of valves shall have at least 3 sets supply performance within the territory of the People's Republic of China in hydrogenation cracking units that have been suc-cessfully operated for more than one year. The products provided in the perfor-mance must be produced in the same country of origin as the bidding products(if products are imported, providing certification of origin for above-mentioned im-ported product in hydrogenation cracking units) and the specifications of the products above-mentioned must cover the specifications of the bidding products (not less than the class, diameters, materials, etc. listed in the bidding documents, Tips: Not all performance is required to meet the aforementioned parameters). A performance table (including the contact person and contact information of the end-user), drawings and a copy of the contract (including at least the signing time of the contract, project name, equipment name, user name, valve specifications (class, diameters, materials, etc.), valve quantity, signature page, supply scope page; if the contract cannot show requirements mentioned above, bidders shall provide technical agreement or data sheet or relevant drawing copy matching the contract), if the performance proof materials provided in the bid do not meet the above requirements, they will be considered as invalid performance.
4)The bidder and the manufacturer are not in the period of risk suspension or de-fault suspension given by Sinopec, and the on-site inquiry of the bidder on the date of bid opening shall prevail.
5)The Bidder shall provide the bank reference letter issued within three 3 months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy;
6)The bidder needs to register and verifications before the tender on www.ebnew.com or www.chinabidding.com.
7)The consortium will not be accepted.
