3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. If the bidder is a manufacturer, the following supporting materials shall be provided:
1) Manufacturers outside China must provide local registration materials.
2) The manufacturer in China shall provide a valid business license of enterprise legal person.
2. If the bidder is a trader or agent, the following supporting materials shall be provided:
1) Chinese overseas traders shall provide the local registration materials and the original qualified authorization letter (letter) of the manufacturer for this tender. Manufacturer information is also provided.
