3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*1. For those who are legally registered within or outside the People's Republic of China, their business license or relevant certificates are valid, and copies of relevant documents are provided. (The copy must be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
*2 Qualification criteria: The manufacturer of the bidding equipment must have experience in manufacturing similar equipment, and the bidding equipment is not a trial product. The equipment or products provided by the bidder must be original, brand new, and meet the technical parameters specified in the bidding documents. (The copy must be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
*If the goods provided by the bidder according to the contract are not manufactured by the bidder themselves, the bidder shall obtain the formal authorization letter from the goods manufacturer to provide the goods in this bid (format see Annex 9-4). (The copy must be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
*4. The bidder shall provide a copy of the 2022 financial audit report issued by an accounting firm or a credit certificate issued by a bank within three months prior to the bid opening (October 2023- bidding deadline) (the above documents shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
