3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:1. The authorized person as the bidding representative from within the People's Republic of China and/or countries or regions with normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China must be a full-time employee of the bidding company. The authorized representative must attach a written "Authorization Letter from the Unit Leader" to the bidding documents. 2. The bidder must be the manufacturer or agent of the robot, with a registered capital of RMB 2 million or an equivalent foreign currency or above (domestic bidders must provide a copy of the valid business license with the bidder's official seal; agents must also provide a copy of the manufacturer's unique authorization letter for this project when bidding). If the registered capital is in foreign currency, The conversion calculation shall be based on the spot exchange selling price of the foreign currency issued by the Bank of China headquarters on the day of bid opening against the Chinese yuan. Contract Reference Requirement:Bidders must provide at least one performance, and the performance content must meet the following conditions The bidder (or any member of the consortium) must have sales, installation, and commissioning achievements of robots similar to this project within five years from the date of bid opening (based on the date of contract signing). Require a contract amount of at least 8 million RMB. (Performance proof materials provided: copies of contracts. If the contract materials cannot reflect the above content, further technical agreements or other relevant proof materials need to be provided.)
