3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of the testing cockpit stand & visual system, & the bidder within the customs territory shall provide a copy of the valid business license stamped with the bidder's official seal. Contract Reference Requirement:Submit a copy of a contract with similar performance from January 1, 2020 to the date of bid opening. The specific requirements are as follows: 1) The bidder (or manufacturer of the bidding product) should be the direct supplier of the contract; 2) Contracts should have signatures or seals from all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts & orders; 3) The copy of the contract should include at least the names of the parties to the contract, the subject matter of the contract, the contract amount, the contract date, & the signature&seal page; 4) The contract date shall be the later of the effective date of the contract & the signing date of the contract; 5) The total amount of a single contract shall not be less than RMB 2 million. If it is a framework contract, unit price contract, or a contract that does not reflect the total amount, an additional value-added tax invoice of RMB 2 million or a settlement statement signed or stamped by the buyer shall be provided for settlement; 6) Similar performance refers to the simulator cockpit.
