The delivery method is now corrected as follows: 1) Within 30 days after the contract is signed and takes effect, 30% of the payment shall be made by wire transfer; 2) If all equipment under the contract meets the delivery conditions, the buyer shall conduct initial inspection at the production site, and the seller has fully delivered all supporting documents, tools, and documentation, 50% of the total contract price shall be paid as a progress payment. 3) When the contract equipment arrives at the tenderer’s site, completes installation, commissioning, and trial operation acceptance, 10% of the total contract price shall be paid as an acceptance payment. 4) 10% of the total contract price shall be paid as a quality guarantee deposit. After the quality guarantee period expires, if the equipment has no faults or quality problems during the trial operation for more than three months and meets all acceptance requirements, the buyer shall pay the corresponding amount without interest. If there is a quality problem with the equipment, the buyer has the right to unilaterally deduct liquidated damages, losses, and other expenses from the quality guarantee deposit. The order and amount of deduction shall be determined by the buyer, and the buyer shall pay the deducted balance (if any) to the seller without interest according to the contract.
