Qualifications or Performance:(1) Performance requirements: Proof of performance from the tank manufacturer with a valid working size of no less than Φ 6.5 M must be provided, including but not limited to the contract cover, amount page, signature page, user stamped acceptance report, third-party temperature uniformity testing report, etc.
(2) The bidder of imported products must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
