Qualifications or Performance:2.9 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the X-ray machine and the X-ray machine for personal belongings security inspection or the manufacturer's valid and only authorized agent for this project (the same brand and the same model can only be authorized to one agent to participate in the bidding of this project, and the foreign manufacturer can be authorized by its domestic authorized agent or domestic representative agency for the effective and only authorization of this project), if the manufacturer and agent of the same brand and model of the above equipment participate in the bidding of this project at the same time, only the manufacturer will be selected as the bidder. Provide the original power of attorney.
