3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The bidder is a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China;
3.2 If the bidder is an agent, they must provide a special product agency authorization letter issued by the proposed mobile lifting platform manufacturer for this project (a manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in bidding for equipment of the same brand and model, otherwise the bid is invalid; the special product agency authorization letter must specify the equipment model, and bids that do not reflect the equipment model are invalid);
3.3 The proposed mobile lift platform must be included in the equipment notice already announced on the official website of the Civil Aviation Administration of China and must be within its validity period.;
3.4 If the person in charge of the unit is the same or if there is a controlling or management relationship between different units, they shall not participate in the bidding of this bidding project at the same time;
