3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The manufacturer shall have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and have sales performance. Manufacturers in China have agents or maintenance agencies to provide long-term maintenance services for products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. Since January 2016, there must be more than 5 sales records of the same type of equipment(the requirements for similar equipment: attach the protective film with the size ≥ 1492 * 917mm to slotted flexible product without glass substrate), and the user reflects well (the bidder needs to provide the performance data,the bidder needs to providethe sales contract or PO or shipping record performance supporting materials. If necessary, the Tenderee can require the bidder to provide the original performance certificate).(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected. (explanation: in the tender, the one who signs the contract shall be the one who bid and won the bid. It is not allowed for the contract to be signed by Party B where Party A is the bidder.)
